
PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Full payment is required for all services before work begins, except Website Development, which requires a $350 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and approval.

Payments are accepted through our website using debit/credit cards and or invoices and Interac e-Transfer.

We accept payment by interac email transfers to the following address: ​renebagwandeen02@gmail.com

All payments are final. Refunds are only issued if ReneGraphicsStudio is unable to complete the project.
PROJECT TIMELINES
-
Standard turnaround for projects is 3–14 business days, starting after all required materials are submitted.
​

Business days are Monday–Friday from 10AM - 7PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
​

If content or materials are delayed, your project will be paused until everything is received.
​

Rush service is available for an additional $35, allowing a faster turnaround. Rush service does not apply to Website Development or Branding Packages.
REVISIONS & ADDITIONAL EDITS

Every project includes 3 complimentary revisions for minor changes such as text, color, or small layout adjustments.

Additional edits beyond the included revisions are $15 per edit.
​

Retainer clients receive 4 free revisions per month.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a project begins, cancellations are non-refundable.

If a client chooses to stop a project mid-way, all payments made are forfeited.
​

ReneGraphicsStudio reserves the right to discontinue a project if communication becomes unprofessional or project guidelines are not followed.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are expected to provide all forms, content, and brand materials in a timely manner.

Delays in submitting required content may result in project pauses or rescheduling.
​

Projects inactive for 30 days or more due to unresponsiveness may be closed with no refund.
RETAINER SERVICES

Retainer clients may book monthly packages with a minimum 2-month commitment.
​

Retainers renew automatically unless canceled with proper notice.
​

Unused deliverables do not roll over.
​

Retainer clients receive priority service, faster turnarounds, and 4 free revisions per month.
